I’ve been MIA because I’ve been in Myrtle Beach for the past week. So beautiful and relaxing! I’ve been trying to get my runs in regardless but will probably take the day off tomorrow. My shins are hurting more than usual and I don’t want to mess them up this early in marathon training.
Do you get your runs in on vacation? How do you schedule time for them? I try to go in the evenings because I’m just not a morning person.
