27 left to go! Health eating challenge update:

today’s munches:

Breakfast: 1 egg and an apple/carrot smoothie (yum!)

Snack: my emergency muscle milk because I didn’t bring enough snacks and was starving before 11 am haha

Lunch: mixed greens with beef cubes, peppers and sauce

Snack: apple cinnamon chobani

Pre-workout snack: homemade protein bar (small piece because I wasn’t that hungry)

Post-workout snack: half of a protein shake, split it with my mom

Dinner: some delicious vegetable soup! I’m making egg drop soup with broccoli, spinach, alfafa sprouts, red peppers and quinoa (and eggs of course)

Possible dessert if I’m hungry: natural applesauce with some cinnamon

I have been feeling great! My energy levels are definitely up and according to the scale I am down 2 lbs (I’m sure it’s water weight but still means the clean eating is helping to cleanse!)
