10 reasons why runners should lift
Charles Poliquin is a very reputable source. Although he has written posts in the past about how running/long distance running can be bad/not good for weight loss blah blah (see this rant). But I like that he also posts something for runners, and the benefits of running and strength training. This is incredibly useful info for all you runners out there! I love strength training, and believe it has definitely transferred over to my running ability.
How many of you run and strength train regularly?

I just started doing strength training before I run. I used to hate the thought of it but now I actually look forward to it.
