Day 30 (countdown style) of my 30 day clean eating challenge

Was PERFECT! Need to keep this going now for 30 days haha. Here is today:

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 4 oz. of natural applesauce

Snack: Cashews, blueberries, green tea

Lunch: grilled chicken with mixed greens, alfafa sprouts, tomatoes, dried cranberries, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Snack: Apple cinnamon Chobani

Pre-workout snack: homemade protein bar, green tea

Post-workout snack: 1 egg

Dinner: Beef and a good amount of cauliflower

Overall a great, nutritions day! also drank 3/4 of a gallon of water =)
