Making some paleo and gluten free desserts to quench my sweet tooth. This is “apple cinnamon protein bars” though I didn’t have a small square dish so I made it more of a pie haha. But it turned out good! I am also making “cinnamon swirl protein bread.” I’ll post the recipes later when I’m on my computer!
I’m planning on doing a 30 day clean eating challenge with @fitnessforthought starting tomorrow. We will challenge ourselves to eat clean for 30 days. I figured setting a time limit will help to count down on stay on track, and then once we finish and feel/look better we will want to continue! Basically we will be eating completely clean (no processed foods and I’m going to try for not pasta or bread, and just rice or quinoa for when I need carbs after a workout). The only non processed food I’ll be eating is my protein shake after workouts, which usually isn’t after every workout anyway because I work out in the evenings so I will eat dinner after.
Anyway, hoping to lower some body fat! Made these desserts so if I get cravings I’ll have a healthier backup :-)
I also want to make more green smoothies to get more veggies. Anyone have good recipes?
