We did upper and some cardio:
Flat DB chest press: 3x12 reps
DB rows with chest against an incline Bench: 3x12 reps
DB pullover: 3x12 reps
YTWs: ugh just realized I forgot to do these!
Incline bicep curls: 3x12 reps
One arm DB French press: 3x15 reps
Then we did 10 min on the elliptical, 10 min walking on an incline, 10 min jump rope intervals.
Overall a great workout! Legs are still sore. Tomorrow is my lower day so please soreness be gone!!
