I have been MIA..sorry! It’s been busy at school and I wish I could do venting but it would make this post like 10 pages long. Le sigh. Just feeling disappointed and not good enough which is like…a recurring theme in my life it seems.
Anyways…I took last week off from lifting, I Was kinda getting sick and I just have been feeling blah lately. I went to the gym yesterday though so it did feel good to get back. Started a new program for the next few weeks with higher reps…aka hard! Also continuing my attempt at pretty strict healthy eating and carb cycling since I want to keep lowering that body fat!
I need to register for some NYRR races asap! I feel like 9 races in one year is a lot but I better do it because I really want to run NYC in 2013 =) Who is running it this year? I defiintely will be there cheering people on!

Pullups-3x12 repsPushups-3x12 repsInverted Rows-3x8 reps (that’s all I can do…so weak lol)Seated Dumbbell Overhead press-3x12 repsCalf raises (calf is so sore and tight today ouchhhh)
