Did an interval workout today
Hill repeats on the treadmill. Set it at 10 incline and did one minute hill intervals with two min walk/jog rest in between. Completed 25 min then did five min of jump rope. I forgot how hard that is! I did three sets of 100 with a min Rest in between. Ended with stretching and foam rolling. Feeling good!!

Just got back from my upper body workout
Feeling strong! Today's workout
Mix of cardio and strength with my mom: 30 sec mt. Climbers 10 reps of DB walking lunges 10 reps DB deadlifts 30 sec. Squat jumps 10 pushups 10 DB rows 30 sec. Soccer drill 10 DB alt. bicep curls 10 lying DB tricep extensions 10 reps of ab roller (omg that kills me. Weakest core ever) 20 reverse crunches 3 sets of all of the above
