4 Weeks to a Better Body →
I think I’m going to try this sort of strength training (arms one day, legs the next, etc). I usually do full body circuit training but am kind of at a plateau, so maybe switching how I lift will help increase muscle tone.

Just got back from my interview
with another personal training studio. I think it went really well. This place seems a lot more legitimate than the other place with the guy who was extremely unprofessional. I will hear back on Friday. Eek! So Friday - GRE and hearing back from this gym. It will either be a really good day, or a really bad one…
